Received mug broken and smashed

received the mug a week after the expected date. Opened up the box to find the handled smashed into many pieces and the entire outside of the mug smashed and chipped. The item was not packaged in bubble wrap or a wrapping that would have pretended it being broken. The mug was intended as a work Kris Kringle present.

Returns

Goods can be returned within 30 days from the date the order is received. We request the goods must be in the same condition they were delivered or in a saleable condition.
