Goods can be returned within 90 days from the date of delivery. We request the goods must be in the same condition they were delivered. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any packaging, labels or tags should be intact.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of items on hygiene grounds. This includes items within the categories such as Underwear, Swimwear or any other item that may pose a hygiene risk.
We offer a free returns service for all UK-based customers. Customers will need to register their returns via our online portal (Rebound), print a returns label and drop their parcel at their nearest collection point. Customers who are unable to follow this procedure are not eligible for the free returns service.

UK returns are FREE when registered via Rebound.
Cost of return for International orders will vary depending on the country you reside in. These will be displayed to you prior to completing the registration of your return.
My country isn’t available in Rebound, what shall I do?
Orders can be returned directly back to us at the address below. These returns will be at your own cost.
- Please include a note detailing your order number and required action (refund/exchange etc) in the parcel
- Please retain a copy of proof of postage or receipt and any tracking information.

How long will it take to process my return?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible and in order of date arrived, but it can take up to 14 days when we're very busy.
